Apply for a Trader Stall

Information

Venue: Willowburn Sports and Leisure Centre, Alnwick.

Cost: £10 (we will supply you with one table which is approximately 2m x 1m)

The hall will be open for you to set up from 8am. The Show opens to the public at 11am and closes at 4.30pm.

On arrival, please report to our reception desk – from the main entrance go straight ahead and down the stairs, then right. Once you are signed in and allocated your table you will be shown how to access the hall using direct step-free access from the car park.

Please dress warmly as the hall is unheated.

Judging starts at 9am. The hall will be cleared of people to give the judges privacy and space, but you will be allowed to remain in the hall to set up your table. Please be as quiet as possible while judging is in progress.

We ask that you provide a raffle prize which you can bring with you on the day. There is a dedicated raffle table where all prizes will be received.
